Our vehicles are sold with a 30 day/1000 mile KWIKI PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE. The KWIKI PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE covers the engine and transmission components against mechanical failure due to sudden & unexpected circumstances. All other parts are excluded and may need possible repairs in the short term. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Faulty vehicles can be requested REPAIR, REPLACED with vehicles of a similar price, or as a last resort a REFUND can be requested if there has been a failed attempt at repair or a replacement. Transportation of the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer in the event of a breakdown and would be at their own cost.

This guarantee only covers vehicles which suffer a breakdown within the UK only. This guarantee excludes failures which occur wholly or partly due to driver negligence, driver abuse or accidental damage or any failure which is as a result of repairs carried out by any person who is not authorised by us, The Supplying Dealer.

Please note that REPAIRS may take up to 7 days to complete, (£35/hr labour) REPLACEMENTS may take up to 14 days to complete and in the event of a REFUND an administrative fee may be chargeable. No Refund request will be granted after 30 days of purchase and vehicle use will be taken into account when processing refunds.

We offer an extended warranty available to purchase as an add-on. which is supplied by a 3rd party company and they reserve the rights to authorise or decline any warranty claims based on their terms and conditions and we can not be held liable for this however we also offer an in-house warranty. Ask a member of staff for details about this.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
